Our Why
We were traditional searchers that love the model, and love the community. We want to give back in a way that will help future searchers realize their full potential. We believe the searcher's first time operating should be both challenging and rewarding. We will be their biggest fans and strongest supporters.
Our Method
The difference is who sits next to you. We've assembled a distinguished team of search operators & CEO’s to support our searchers as mentors. Every one of our mentors has run a search-acquired company and come out the other side. They work with you one to one, take a board seat when it helps, and share what they learned the hard way.
Our How
We communicate clearly so searchers know after 1-2 calls if we're in or we're out. From there you get honest feedback, given early, even when it is hard to hear. We are focused on US & Canada-based opportunities only.
